Return Policy

We generally keep enough margin in all our custom made outfits to be taken 1 size up. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.

We are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

If you wish to return an item, it must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
